White Lake Presbyterian Church’s 190th Birthday Celebration and Family Reunion weekend has officially arrived. Members, past members, and friends will gather this evening, Saturday, August 2, for a long-awaited adults-only dinner at The Lift Restaurant, beginning at 5:00 p.m.

The church’s actual founding date was August 1, 1835, and this weekend honors nearly two centuries of shared faith and community service. The Lift Restaurant, located at 786 W. Highland Rd in Highland, will host tonight’s event for guests who have RSVP’d and purchased tickets in advance.

On Sunday, August 3 at 10:00 a.m., all are invited to a celebratory worship service at 4805 Highland Rd in White Lake. The service will include special messages and blessings from previously serving pastors, many of whom are returning to participate in the weekend festivities.

“This weekend fills my heart with gratitude,” said Pastor Debbie Lennis. “To honor 190 years of faith, fellowship, and service alongside so many who have shaped this church is a blessing.”

Even if you missed the dinner event, you are welcome to join in the worship and celebration. More information is available at www.whitelakepc.org.
